• The sauna and steamroom are available between 2pm and 6pm with prior notice required in the morning.
• We are happy to provide bathrobes at a charge of € 6.00 and pool towels € 4.00.
• For short stays of up to 4 days, a supplement of 10% is payable.
• Free WiFi.
• Children’s playground, table tennis and table football.
• Small dogs are permitted (no entry to restaurant or sunbathing area.) A charge of € 10.00 per day (exluding food) will be payable.
• Cancellations are unfortunate and we request that you inform us in good time if at all possible. For cancellations less than a month prior to arrival date, we invoice for 3 days. This also applies to early departures except in the case of sickness. Click here to take your personal insurance.
• We ask you to please vacate rooms and apartments by 10am on day of departure.
• Rooms and apartments are available from 1pm on day of arrival. We ask that you notify us by telephone if you are going to arrive after 6pm.
• A deposit is not required with a binding written reservation.
• We accept cash, credit cards and cheques.
• We cannot guarantee a particular room or floor in the hotel, but we try our utmost to fulfil our guests’ wishes.
• Visitor’s tax is € 2,10 per person per day. Children under 14 are exempt.
